Appearances 

If your organization or school would like to request the presence of the Wichita Thunder mascot, players or staff, please click here to fill out and fax in an Appearance Request form.  Please review the requirements provided below to determine if your organization fits our guidelines. 

1. Request must be received at least one month prior to the appearance date
2. Request form must be filled out completely to be considered.
3. Appearances must not be for religious, monetary or political gain.
4. Organizations are limited to one (1) request per season.
5. Appearances must take place in the Wichita area.
6. Requests must be mailed, faxed (preferred) or emailed to:

All appearances are based on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.  You will be contacted if we are able to schedule your appearance.  The Thunder reserves the right to turn down any appearance request. Thank you for your interest in Thunder hockey and your positive impacts on our community.

Charitable Donations

The Wichita Thunder are committed to being an important part of the community and to improving the lives of those supported by local non-profit organizations and schools.  The Wichita Thunder makes hundreds of donations each year to support the local community.

The Wichita Thunder donates tickets to non-profit groups and schools in Wichita and the surrounding areas to assist in their fundraising efforts. If your organization would like to submit a request for a charitable donation, please make sure to follow the directions below:

• 1. All requests must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.
• 2. Wichita Thunder and Wichita Wingnuts require only ONE donation request per organization.
• 3. All requests must be typed on organization or school letterhead.
• 4. All requests must include the date, time and location of the event.
• 5. All requests MUST include an address of where to send the donation.
• 6. All requests must include the name, address, phone number and email of the contact person.
• 7. Requests must not be for religious or political gain.
• 8. Organizations are limited to one request per season.
• 9. Organizations must be in the state of Kansas to be considered.
