Request an Appearance

Appearances 

If your organization or school would like to request the presence of the Wichita Thunder mascot, players or staff, please click here to fill out and fax in an Appearance Request form.  Please review the requirements provided below to determine if your organization fits our guidelines. 

1. Request must be received at least one month prior to the appearance date
2. Request form must be filled out completely to be considered.
3. Appearances must not be for religious, monetary or political gain. 
4. Organizations are limited to one (1) request per season.
5. Appearances must take place in the Wichita area.
6. Requests must be mailed, faxed (preferred) or emailed to:

All appearances are based on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.  Appearances are subject to a hourly fee of $25 at the discression of Thunder Management.  Unfortunately with the high demand, the Thunder isn't able to make every appearance that is requested.  We thank you for your interest in Thunder hockey and your positive impacts on our community.  If you have any questions about booking please contact the Thunder office at 264-4625.
