Details

• Thunderdog's Kids Club is for children 12 years of age and younger.
• Membership cost is $30.
• Call Sally at the Thunder office with any questions.
• Register by filling out the attached form and mailing it in to the Thunder office, or by calling Sally at 264-GOAL. The form may also be faxed to Sally at 264-3037.
• Please fill out a separate form for each child.
