Johnny Steven

Johnny Steven is a successful insurance agent with multiple agencies in Wichita and the Kansas City Area. He attended the University of Kansas. His passion for sales and helping others started at the age of 16 when he first started working for his brother, Rodney Steven II, at Genesis Health Clubs. Johnny worked with Rodney for 18 years working his way up to Director of Sales and helped grow Genesis from 1 health club to 18. Genesis Health Clubs now is in 5 states and grown to 46 locations.

His spirit and drive for growth did not stop at Genesis. In 2014 Johnny decided to expand his partnership with his brothers, Rodney and Brandon, with a new venture. Johnny saw a great opportunity for insurance agencies in the dealerships. He became an insurance agent with Allstate and started Eddy’s Insurance Group. In the less than four years that Eddy’s Insurance Group has been open Johnny has expanded his agency from one location to nine locations with 32 licensed staffed. He has achieved the Inner circle elite for four straight years. The Inner Circle is the most prestigious award an Allstate agent can receive. Only about the top 2% of agents nationwide receive this honor. Along with inner circle elite Johnny was asked to serve on the Trusted Advisor Board for Allstate in the West Central region. Due to his hard work and passion for helping people he has made Eddy’s Insurance Group the top performing Allstate agency in Kansas.

Serving people in the Wichita and surrounding area through his agency is just one of the many ways Johnny is actively involved in the community. He continues to volunteer his time and contributions to the American Youth Soccer Organization, Pheasants Forever, Genesis Foundation for Fitness & Tennis, and the American Cancer Society. Johnny also is an active partner in many business ventures with his brothers Rodney and Brandon which includes co-owning the Wichita Thunder.
